This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use our services, including Archivist AI and EverAfter, and explains your privacy rights and how the law protects you. "Archivist AI," "EverAfter," "Service," "we," "us," and "our" each refer to Archivist AI, LLC.

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural.

- Archivist AI: tools for TTRPG transcription, campaign management, summarization, and generative features.
- EverAfter: a personalized gift-recommendation and preference-management product operated under the same company and accounts system.
Both products operate under a shared infrastructure, privacy philosophy, and data-protection approach.

Because EverAfter provides personalized gift recommendations, it collects additional categories of data not used in Archivist AI.
4.1 Gift-Recipient Information

- Sex or gender when provided
- City or zip code
- Occasion type (for example birthday, holiday, anniversary)
4.2 Preference and Style Data
- Style or aesthetic preferences
- Brand affinities
- Likes and dislikes captured during onboarding
- "This or That" selections or other binary preference refinements submitted through the product
- Images uploaded solely for preference classification or style identification
- Past gifts and successful prior recommendations
4.3 Shopping and Recommendation Activity
- Saved items and lists
- Clicked gift recommendations
- Ranked options or votes
- Browsing or filtering behavior
- Metadata related to purchasing intent (never the purchase itself unless voluntarily submitted)

EverAfter does not collect:

6. AI Processing and Generated Content
Both Archivist AI and EverAfter use AI to generate summaries, improve transcripts, recommend gifts, create preference models, support Q&A, and generate images. We only process content you upload or submit for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your private data to train public models. You may delete your content at any time.
7. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data
We may share your data:
- With Service Providers: for hosting, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, and infrastructure partners such as Vercel, Cloudflare R2, Neon, Redis, and RunPod.
